Progress on goals (no progress made)

I had a goal today to make goals on the website Lifetick. Didn't work out. I did get my TV mounted on the wall, which is cool. My brother and his friend came over and did it, including wiring. I still need to mount the speakers before I'm "done," but it already looks great.

Job interview updates

Let's see, so far at 4 agencies. 2 were for part time and 2 were for full time. I'll learn later next week what the 2 full time jobs say. I'm low on money... I actually bought these cheapo brand toilet paper instead of whatever the most expensive toilet paper was on the shelf. It's toilet paper, they need to be high quality!

Goals

Alright, so much free time, I need to do some things. My place is coming together decently in terms of improvements. This has been a goal for me for this year. My kitchen is brand new! It's been completely renovated, nothing pre-existing was reused. Once I'm finished painting the highest parts of the loft, I'm going to stop until I get a job. I do want to do some changes in the bathrooms before the end of the year, getting new vanities and mirrors and decorating them. Then that will be all for the year. Next year I want to be saving and be able to re-tile and re-carpet the whole place, including new baseboards and doors. That's 2010 though.

Really what I want my biggest goal to improve my health, which will go nicely with my very limited income. I'm good for my gym membership and always had the time, now I have a lot of time. Buying and preparing healthy food is cheap too.

Also there is my creative/expressive side. I'd like to learn how to create and maintain a nice website, learning web and picture editing software. In a way I'm begining it by doing this blog thing and connecting with all these "Web 2.0" sites.

Of course, I need to flesh these goals out into specifics. Let's see how that goes.

First Post

Now that I don't have a job I have a lot of free time. People who blog a lot probably don't have a job, or they have too much free time. I qualify for both.
